Emil Koch GmbH founds the IBK Planning Company mbH

With the establishment of its own building services engineering planning office, Emil Koch GmbH is expanding its entrepreneurial activities in the field of technical building services. The new company focuses on the integrated planning of modern building services engineering solutions – with a focus on energy efficiency, sustainability, and digital project management. The goal is to provide comprehensive support for demanding construction projects – from the concept phase to execution – while balancing economic and ecological requirements.

IBK Planungsgesellschaft mbH provides a strong network of experienced specialist planners, modern infrastructure, and proven processes. At the same time, it creates space for innovative approaches and new ideas – particularly in the areas of BIM-based planning and sustainable energy systems.

The planning office is already operational and is working on initial projects in industry and the public sector.
