Emil Koch Elektrotechnik GmbH takes over KDS Technik GmbH & Co. KG

Emil Koch Elektrotechnik GmbH continues its growth trajectory and strengthens its service portfolio in the field of communication, data and building systems technology: Effective January 1, 2026, Emil Koch Elektrotechnik will take over the employees and orders of KDS Technik GmbH & Co. KG from Dormagen.

KDS Technik has many years of expertise in the planning, design, and implementation of communication and data networks as well as modern building systems technology. The competencies of both companies thus complement each other.

Particularly pleasing: Mr. Luedke, Managing Director and previous owner of KDS Technik, will remain on board and, together with his team, will oversee the integration and further development of the communications technology division within Emil Koch Elektrotechnik.

All KDS Technik employees will be retained and integrated into the group of companies. Customers will continue to receive the same level of service they have come to expect – while at the same time, new opportunities will arise for innovative projects and modern infrastructure solutions.

With the acquisition of KDS Technik, Emil Koch Elektrotechnik GmbH has already achieved its third successful integration this year - a strong signal for the company's future direction.
